Greek Marinated Chicken
Prepare the marinate sauce the night before you want to serve this dish.

I served the Greek Marinated Chicken with Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes, dinner rolls, and for dessert, Double Chocolate Zuchinni bread. And for the drink I served my Cucumber & Lemon Detox drink.

Combine Greek Marinate Sauce
- 1 Cup Plain yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1 medium lemon zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 bunch of fresh parsley

Marinate Chicken
Marinate 3 1/2 - 4 pounds chicken thighs in the above mix. Place chicken covered with marinate sauce in gallon size ziplock bags or plastic container with a lid. Store in refrigerator over night.

Bake or Grill Chicken
Next day pour the chicken with the marinate sauce into a glass baking dish, bake uncovered, 375° 45 - 60 minutes
